Unfortunately I had to take my dog here the other night for an emergency. The staff was extremely professional and put our mind at ease. My dog was treated like one of their own pets, I would definitely recommend taking your pet here for an emergency. I can not speak to their normal vet services but I’m sure they’re just as excellent as their emergency services.

My Poodle-Bedlington Terrier mix woke me up having a seizure and apparently she had been bitten by a spider.  It was a Sunday so my usual vet was closed and Regional Veterinary is always open and they were extremely effective in diagnosis and treatment and the technicians were extremely personable and knowledgeable.  This office was great and one particular technician [Cher] went above and beyond the normal in my opinion.  My dog is now resting comfortably and will probably recover in a few weeks.  It was great to find a vet office open on a Sunday and even more so to treated almost like family when I got there.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and prompt attention. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, my pit bull broke out in hives (severe). He was immediately seen and we were given information throughout the visit of how to get this controlled. My dog was happy afterwards, could not ask for a better experience. I definitely recommend.

The 1st week of January my two Pomeranians got into my bag and within a matter of minutes they ate an entire bar of dark chocolate. I panicked when I researched that the darker the chocolate, the more toxic. Thank goodness Regional Veterinary Emergency Center is open 24/7, as it was a Friday night. Dr. Brandon Hayes immediately brought relief to my stressed mind as he calmly told me what treatment was needed.  The entire staff there that night was very friendly and helpful. Colleen, Scott, Jonathan, Joleane, and Vikki were all working overnight and took great care of my two dogs, which I consider my kids. Jack and Remy stayed overnight with 24 hour supervision as the toxicity could cause Seizures or death. First thing in the morning Dr. Hayes called to let me know they were doing great.  After a scary experience, both of the dogs were even more energized and prior to the accident. Even better, the bill was not as bad as I would expect with overnight stay/care.  I highly recommend this center for any furry friend. They took care of my pets and went above and beyond with customer service.  Roxanne

Rushed my puppy in there last night. Quick to take care of him & ease my nerves. Fast service. Vet was very friendly, explained everything detailed. Patient with me & my questions. Even called to follow up next day.
