Sitting here in Lobby for 30 minutes now. One teller working the lobby and the drive thru. At least 15 people waiting. What a joke. Now it’s been over an hour. This is horrible customer service.

Good bank my biggest grievance is they have a sign no guns. One place I feel I should carry is a bank. Maybe they should say no open carry.

We signed up with this bank for our HOA account. Tony was a HUGE help in getting everything set up and any time I've had questions they have been able to answer them. If you're looking for a local bank I would highly recommend this Regions branch!

We have had a account there for 5 years. Always happy with customer service and never having to wait in line. Everyone is friendly and over all service is appreciated.

They have never been anything but helpful. I have spoken to the financial advisor on site more than once. He not only tells you what Regions has to offer but also if you would be better going to a credit union for certain things. They really seem to care about your financial health and future. I have been with other banks and credit unions. Yes they have fees if you don't have direct deposit or deposit enough money each month but even some of the credit unions are doing that these days. I have been banking with Regions for 7 years and I have never had a complaint that wasn't quickly resolved.
