I can’t comment on the hair cut that would have been given. I had an appointment but they obviously don’t fully understand the concept. Waited 20 plus minutes. Maybe I’m impatient but I left, wasn’t the first time it happened to us.

Ask for Julia! I went in with blue hair that had been severely damaged by me with bleach and repeated home color treatments. I was told by another stylist that the correct qould not come out and I could never be blonde again. Julia however was determined to see me leave happy and not further the damage to my hair. I am proud to share these photos of my khloe kardashian blonde that turned out just like the picture!! :) it also helped that my stylist Julia had a fun, bubbly personality and very professional with regard to concern for my satisfaction and the health of my hair.

unhappy customer: my son got his haircut today, feb. 26.
my son went there to get a haircut. the person who cut his hair did it in 12 minutes while the person he was with, his hairdresser took 30 minutes. this hairdresser rushed through this super fast just to get it done. he has been going there for 5 years, and never once has he been treated like this. she got water in his eyes and ears. she didn't ask him how he wanted his hair done. she did a horrible job. she had him faced away from the mirror the whole time so he could not see what she was doing. he is paying $24 for them to do a good job. Not only that, but the receptionist was rude, as she told them  can they please wait so they could eat. they were only early by less than 10 minutes ( wow,) and didn't mind waiting at all. this is uncalled for. they both wanted the same haircut. why is it that they didn't get anything close to the same haircut. the woman who did my son's hair cannot cut hair and she doesn't pay attention to her customers. all she wants is the money. this is bullshit----highly upset!!!!

Walked in for a cut and color. Staff were friendly and  Alvena did an amazing job! It looks great and she brought life back to my curls. I am very satisfied. It turned out gorgeous and I absolutely love it. Definitely a returning customer.

It was a fantastic haircut, I loved the experience and service. It was my first time ever getting my hair cut today and I was very nervous. But thanks to Payton it was a very refreshing experience. Thank you Regis and I will be sure to come back.
