The person on the phone made me an appointment. I arrived five minutes early and discovered the person I had an appointment with was not there. I was assured she was "on her way."  Twenty minutes later, still no stylist. I was told she was coming. I assured the lady I would not be back and left. This was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!  Cannot recommend this place.

Requested an appointment with shampoo, haircut and styling  for me and my daughter. On the day of the appointment, they didn't scheduled us... arrived at 11am left at 11:15am both of us were given a dry haircut and charged full price by an upset hairstylist. They certainly lost my business, go at your own risk!

I walked in and was greeted by a nice fellow. He had just sat someone down when I walked in but there was another stylist in there. The first guy I mentioned told me that I had a 15 minute wait as there was one person before me with the other stylist. I didn't have a problem with that so I sat down. After about ten minutes, the stylist checked his client out. I was expecting to called up at that point but he was organizing some things at his desk. Again- no issue with me. I thought to myself, "he evidently needs a minute so I'll seize this moment to use the restroom since he needs time anyways." When I got out of the restroom a lady had walked in and he sat her down. I thought to myself, "maybe she had an appointment?" I sat down again, looked at the stylist in the eye and gave him a minute to tell me if she had an appointment. He didn't say anything. That ticked me off so I left. I had been waiting there already and he could have communicated with me. If the lady had an appointment- no problem- I'm a reasonable person. No such thing was said. I felt jipped and that I was treated unfairly. I'll never go there again. This man had Gages in his ears and had black/dark brown hair. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing, I'm glad I didn't get my hair cut there.

Awesome staff, no judgment from anyone  if you have messed up hair.......

I walked in with an exact look in mind Paul nailed it!!!! I love how it came out , as long as I'm working in the area I will go back!
