Got my hair dyed here, it looks great and I get compliments all the time. Exactly what I wanted and the ladies in the salon were nice.

I read the review from last year but still went thinking things changed. Nope! They're rude & just like the other reviewer said, they deny wrong doings. I went back a day later for them to fix a problem that I noticed & they wanted to charge me again. Although the manager stepped in and solved piece of the issue, I won't be returning. Save your time and money & try another salon.

The stylist botched my style after I requested only a trim. She smiled and batted her lashes as if she did a wonderful job, but she knew she hacked it!! I'm now locked into a 15-year old, uneven mess for the next year! I want to cry every time I see it and it's been 2-weeks. Even the manager noticed, but she didn't offer to help. They overcharged me and offered nothing in the way of apology b/c their policy is to deny, deny to themselves and the customer of any wrongdoing. Special note: I've visited this particular parlor in the past and I had one or two wonderful stylists, but it's nothing more than an overpriced ax-shop now. The talent they have (including long-time vets) do not know how to cut hair. Maybe I was too nice. People rarely do their best if they think the person won't complain.
