The manager is beyond rude and has no clue what she is talking about. She argued with me about my hair even when we got to the check out. She gave me the wrong product that messed my hair up. This is not the first time she has been so rude. I have to spend more money to fix the problem now.

The Sally's in Orangeburg is very unprofessional. I was there with my friends having a great day. There was this lady and we asked her about the heat protectants. She showed us the ones on sale. We were curious about how the smell was and the consistency. So we sprayed it being curious and not wanting to waste our money. So the lady saw us spraying it and she said you aren't suppose to spray it. We decided we didn't want the spray because it was super greasy. I infer that's why it was on sale for 50% off. She then got the heat protectant and was carrying it around with her. Well we found the actual heat protectants of other brands she didn't tell us about. While we were looking at the other heat protectants,she was staring and watching us. Also the other employees were very obnoxious, loud ,and singing in the store. They were very inappropriate and unprofessional. While we were checking out the lady says "are you going to use the heat protectant you used." We said no and checked out. It reminded me of this app and I thought I should leave a review because it was an awful experience.

I was in there ordering a part for my sink, they ordered me a discontinued part. But.....still kept on charging my credit card, If you can't handle simple math go back to school. Besides you people here are just incompetent to handle a store much less a register, need to go back to school and seek further education. If there was a 0 star on here you would get it you don't deserve 1 star.
