They sure know their color processes here... i have bungled a few things with my hair color over the years, and they have color knowledge mastered. Hair cuts were always great, but it was the hair color experience that I cherish.

Oh my goodness, I had the worst salon experience of my life here. On NYE I went in a few hours before going out to get my hair blow dried, and flat ironed straight ( I have very thick and curly, 3c hair.), like I often do. I frequent the Mall of America Regis and a Regis in Milwaukee, so I thought this one would be great as well. That was not the case. The stylist washed my hair and began to (attempt) blow dry it. Instead of combing my hair through before, which I've found most stylist's do in sections, she just decided to go right at it. Needless to say, she had to stop a lot and try to brush through my hair while she was blow drying. Because it was taking so long, she called it quits and began to straighten my hair. My hair was still damp and I could hear the iron sizzle and steam every now and again. No other stylists stepped in to assist the clearly new and young stylist. They watched her struggle and in the end my hair suffered. If I wasn't so dang passive, I would've said something. This review is only receiving any stars because the woman was so, so nice but was just clearly overwhelmed, with no assistance or guidance. I showered right when I got home. It looked like when I used to straighten my hair myself when I was in elementary school. It was bad. I hope they've figured it out...

I visited Caity for a cut and color in December 2016, and she was fabulous. Getting a cut and color is a time consuming process and it was great to have someone that was easy to talk to and made the time fly by. After the appointment, I wasn't 100% thrilled with my hair (honestly, this was my fault and not at all Caity's fault, as I have a really hard time describing what I want), so we scheduled a follow-up appointment and Caity gave me suggestions on how to really narrow down what I wanted and describe it. After meeting again, with a better description of what I wanted, Caity completely nailed it. I am so happy with the way my hair turned out, and definitely plan on scheduling appointments with her in the future!
