I called the day before to set up an appointment. I spoke with Shawnell who appeared to be putting all my information into the computer and the appointment was all set for 6:00pm. When I showed up the next day, Shawnell was no where to be found because she had gotten off work earlier  and they didn't have a trace of my appointment in the system. This all happened before my maternity photos the next morning. I literally walked out in tears. This would have been my first visit but now, not only will I NEVER return, but I'll let friends and family know to avoid them all together. So sad!

Worst haircut ever.

I called to see if they had an opening. Try told me to be there by 2:30 which I made around 10mn early with my 2 small children in tow. Only they had given away the spot to a walk in and wouldn't have an opening until 4. If anyone understands the joy of wrangling two car seat aged children and a stroller by yourself can probably guess how inconvenient this was. Needless to say I don't know how the hair cuts would be and I do not plan on finding out.
