Great stylist here but make appointments well ahead of time.

My first experience at this Regis Salon with Megan was excellent. I made a second appointment by phone requesting that I only wanted Megan, I was assured that the booking was with her. I arrived and was told that my appointment was with another stylist which I accepted, the hair cut was satisfactory but not as good as my experience with Megan. I encouraged a friend to try the salon and she booked an appointment stressing it had to be with Megan. Upon my friends arrival for her appointment she was told that Megan did not work on that day and that she was scheduled with another stylist, she was very unhappy and left the store. Needless to say Megan has lost two long term clients. Very bad management practices.

I believed that regis was an upscale salon  So , I went in for the 1st step in my "WOW" factor makeover for my 50th birthday. I showed the stylist 2 photos of  exactly what  I wanted. I got home and my hair had dryed . I definitely got  a WOW factor of the worst kind. my haircut is so awful,  every time I look in the mirror I cry. way to ruin a girls 50th birthday regis salon. Not to mention the la vacation trip I'm going on next week. With all of the awful photos I will have to remember this nightmare. Not the way I planned  to spend  this grand moment in my life.

I LOVE my new style!!! I sold my hair and left only 6 inches for Heather to manage. When I walked in, I looked like a little boy blue's sheared sheep dog-- I left looking beautiful and I couldn't be happier! I was so nervous about getting such a dramatically different style (and not knowing how to operate even s blow dryer), but Heather was very confidant about what styles I liked and what would best suit my needs and face shape.

Each time I come they cut my hair how I like it and they are so amazing!!!
