At Yuma School of Beauty, we offer cosmetology courses for aspiring beauty professionals as well as a wide range of affordable salon services. For those looking for a career in cosmetology, Yuma School of Beauty will help you take advantage of the countless opportunities available in the beauty industry.
Our Pivot Point International curriculum will help prepare you for a productive career as a cosmetologist. Our school facility consists of a classroom, clinic floor, facial room, dispensary, stock room, business office, waiting area and student lounge. If you are interested in the full-service salon environment, we offer a full Cosmetology Course with advanced classes and clinic work. For those that are focused more specifically on nails, we offer a Nail Technology Course that covers manicuring, pedicuring, artificial nail application and nail art. We also provide an Instructors Course for licensed cosmetologists that are looking to advance into teaching roles. Not only do we provide a more hands-on experience for students than most other cosmetology schools, but we also offer scholarship opportunities to help get you through your program.
In order to provide our students with the best experience possible, we offer discounted salon services that are performed by the students. Our hairstyling services include shampoo and blow-drying, up-dos, haircuts, bangs, coloring, perms, finger waves and more. Try us out next time you need artificial nails applied or when you’re due for a regular manicure and pedicure. In addition to our hair and nail services we provide additional esthetic services such as facials, waxing, tweezing and makeup application. Because these services are provided as learning opportunities for our students, we are able to offer them at prices that are absolutely unheard of at ordinary salons.
