I was assigned to Nate 2 years ago when I needed PT for an L4 extrusion. This time I was assigned to Jed for an L3 issue. These guys know what they are doing and enjoy problem solving your individual pain issues. Couldn't be happier with the progress both times.

I was seen at the Sunnyside clinic for back pain before and after surgery. Jed was awesome to work with. He worked with my schedule, and was really willing to put in the time to help me get better. When I was done with my therapy, he gave me a home exercise program to keep working on my own. All the staff at Rehab Authority is awesome, and they really work well together as a team!

It has been a true blessing to have Nate and his staff in our lives. He puts so much love and good energy in all that he does. With all the medical problems my daughter has he and his staff have went out of thier way to keep her out of a wheelchair! I cannot say enough good about them. Anybody we have recommended to him have felt the same way. Thank you so much for all that you guys do!!!

Jed and the staff are awesome. They do have aids that help but the aids are supervised by the therapists. It is a fun and friendly atmosphere.

My wife went to Rehab Authority, and the physical therapy was only okay. Most of the therapy was with an aid, which is less than what my wife was expecting. However, the real trouble came with the billing department. We have a rather uncommon reimbursement plan, so we weren't expecting that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, even after 6 months, they still haven't straightened things out. Of course, they owe us several hundred dollars that they have been unwilling or unable to refund. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with their billing people. They claim that they will refund the money, but so far at least, they are just blowing smoke.
