Staff was OK, nurse was sweet, provider was horrific!!  I have never felt so shamed and dismissed by a provider.  The PA dismissed why my primary provider referred me, made me feel as if I was ridiculous for seeking medical attention after six months of concerns, and threw birth control at me to solve a problem in which she gave no explanation for!  Sought out a second opinion: guess what, there really is something wrong!  I want to point out the the provider that gave me a diagnosis had the exact same blood work and information as the Rosemark provider, the difference was the second provider read all of the labs AND listened to me.  I will never go back here.  The moral of the story, listen to your gut; trust your knowledge about your own body and don't be afraid to seek out another opinion.

Melissa Bates is the only reason I tolerated Rosemark for as long as I did. The secretary's have TERRIBLE customer service skills, on and off the phone. If you have an appointment at 3, don't bother showing up until 4.

Amazing!! Everyone was courteous and nice, i was seen quickly. I love how each procedure was in its own room

My appt was made for 4:00 and I wasn't seen till more than an hour later... I hate waiting at the hospital
