Not only was Mr Reid professional, courteous, and more thorough than I imagined, he ended up saving us tens of thousands of dollars by finding an issue that a previous home inspection by someone else had not. Instead of buying a home needing major structural renovations, we dropped the contract, and are now excited to know we'll have someone in our corner when we finally find our dream home. If anyone suggests Mr Reid may be "exaggerating" or "nit-picking", don't believe them. The only reason I mention this is because of a comment our OLD realtor made, but he was just upset because he knew the deal wouldn't close as it was and he just wanted his money. Brent will document, with photographs if necessary, any items from scratches, cracks and dents to drips, growths or whatever else he finds when inspecting property with a fine toothed comb. This is what you NEED in a home inspector. On top of all that, he's also willing to have clients follow along on inspections, which is great if you're afraid of, or have been misinformed that, Brent offers "too much detail", as if such a thing existed in his business. Kudos to Reid Diversified, for being what every potential homeowner hopes they'll find.
