Great friendly staff. I always take the water there to get tested. They are always willing to help. They did a great job installing my above ground pool.

Chris and his wife are very good people. The crew they had was excellent especially Zack. Everything went well we were 100% happy with everything. I had a small problem with a vacuum I took it to Chris along with final payment and he swapped it out with no problem. The new one gave me the same problem at that point I reached out to Chris. And this is the point I give them one star it has been over 2 months and he will not return any of my phone calls or text messages to deal with a simple problem. I had to have a gentleman out from Pinch A Penny Pools and pay him $280 just to find out it was some of the liner clogged up in my pump from where they cut the excess liner around some of the fittings in the pool. Very disheartening to say I had to give them one star I was a one hundred percent happy customer until the point I paid them their money and I have yet to hear from them again I have referred 5 people so far and one person has bought a pool. I have to say I would not refer them anymore based on their customer service of not calling their customers back once final payment was made.
