I came in for the bring a friend Friday. I have never felt so welcomed by the members of a gym before. It is a very motivating and inspiring place to be. The staff is wonderful and the gym is very clean. I highly recommend checking this place out, I'm sure you will share the same experience I have.

Absolutely the best gym around! Owners Nemesia and Albert and their coaching staff are the most caring coaches you could ask for! They truly care about you and your health! They are in the business for all the right reasons, helping you to reach your fitness goals in a SAFE and HEALTHY way. The members of the gym are also supportive and encouraging to everyone no matter their fitness level. Everyone is treated like a family member and can count on the coaches and fellow members for support and encouragement at anytime. If you are looking for a great gym and gym family no need to look anywhere else, this is it!

I have been a member of Reign since August 2016. There are not enough words in the English language to even explain how fantastic this gym is - it is just plain amazing. This has been my first experience with a 'box' style gym and I was completely terrified my first day. I sat in my car as long as I could before finally getting my timid butt inside to meet Coach Willie and take my first bootcamp-style class (which they call ReignFIT). I'm honestly not sure why I was so nervous - the class was great and the vibe was fantastic: work hard and have fun. After that class, I wholeheartedly jumped in and haven't looked back. At this point I have attended their ReignFIT classes, barbell classes, and semi-private personal training - all of which are well-planned out, challenging, and make you sweat!! I also participate in their Nutrition Coaching program, which provides important weekly accountability and helps you really tighten up your eating and see the areas where you need to improve. This is the first time I have truly succeeded at maintaining my fitness and working towards my goals. I have finally committed to a regular schedule of working out and my nutrition is in check for the first time in my entire life. On top of that, my confidence has steadily been growing as I get stronger. I honestly wish I'd found Reign sooner. Every single coach truly cares about their clients. Mesha, Albert, Megan, Willie, and Jodeci go above and beyond in providing support, inspiration, and that extra push needed to reach your goals. They are all amazing in their own ways and I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to train with them and get to know them! The "Reign Fam" community is phenomenal - everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other. I have made some great friends in just the eight months I have been there. Other fun odds and ends about Reign: Music is loud and bumping at every class! They have two dogs, Ranger and Kiko, who are adorable. The Reign Fam gets together and does all sorts of events together like races, team throwdowns, or the CrossFit Open. They even have Ladies nights and holiday parties. Right now, we are currently in the middle of the Reign Summer Team Challenge, which gives you that extra push to lock in your exercise and nutrition before summer is here. Don't think twice about signing up and jumping into classes at Reign. This is THE gym to go to, hands down. You will not regret it!

This is our gym. Hands down, one of the best gyms in Puget Sound. Come here and instantly feel like family. Doesnt matter your physical level, the owners will work with you and tailor the plan to your needs. Very motivating and inspiring environment.
