I have visited this dealership on numerous occasions, for oil changes, to car repairs, and most recently, for purchasing a new car. I have always been blown away by the incredible level of customer service I've received. Every single person you encounter greets you, asks if you need anything, and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Less than a week ago my husband and I walked into the dealership to discuss options for a new car. We met Kasey Spence who immediately went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He was thorough in showing us our options, and genuinely took interest in what would fit our lifestyle. We really appreciate Kasey's hard work and his dedication to helping us find the best fit. Without a doubt I would recommend both Kasey and Reineke Ford Lincoln of Findlay! Thank you for always taking care of us!

My time at Reineke Ford Lincoln, Inc was well spent. The salesmen Kasey Spence took his time with my husband and I to help us decided on which car was best for us both financially and for our current life style. We had a great experience with the Reineke staff and Kasey Spence. Everyone was very friendly and took to our needs all day. It was nice to work with a salesmen that is knowledgeable and knows all the facts about each and every car on the Reineke lot! I left the Reineke Ford dealer a happy lady with leasing a brand new 2018 Ford Escape!

Ryan, you know I had my doubts that you an my son could pull off finding me a car under such short notice with such little info to go on as to what I really wanted an needed. However, you an my son, picked out my dream car that has made my Christmas an life so much easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for working with my son to bring his mother's dream come true to finnallly be driving a real safe car that I love. This is for Reineke Ford, Greely Chapel Rd. Lima, Ohio. I want as many people to see it as possible. Hopefully someone in the company will stop this kind of thing from happening to the next people who rely on their vehicle to make a living. We could still loose everything if we can't get enough money together to help cover my husband's fuel expenses until he starts getting paid again.
I've got no problem with sale's. My problem is with the manager Doug in the body shop. My husband's van was in their shop for repairs. The people in the office talked directly to the insurance company and was assured the money would be sent for payment due on the van. That van is how my husband supports us and has been down 3 weeks as of today, putting us in a financial strain, part of the blame for lenght of time is the insurance company's fault. But because Doug doesn't trust our insurance company, which is a very reputable company, known in other countries as well as our own, he would not wait for the portion from the insurance company to come to them, we had to pay the full balance by maxing out and actually going over the credit limit on our credit cards, plus almost all the cash funds we had left. Mind you my husband hasn't worked in 3 weeks and we needed money for fuel expenses for his work. Doug has left us financially crippled. Being commercial Insurance, our deductible is very high, the portion the insurance company is to pay is a bit over $2,200. But given a guarantee from the insurance company that the check would be sent just wasn't good enough. He had to have the full balance in hand. Other's that work there also didn't see why he wouldn't let us get the van and wait for the check which when all was said and done would have been mailed directly to the dealership. So unless something is done about Doug, they will no longer get any business from us in any shape or form.

My experience at Reineke Ford was professional and courteous.  The staff greeted me and made me feel welcome.  The service was performed and the issues with my vehicle were fixed and everything seems to be working great again.
