I had another great experience at Yark.  Ramon Ortiz is a very helpful,  friendly and professional salesperson and he goes the extra mile to make the purchase experience a pleasurable one.  
I will definitely purchase a vehicle from Yark again in the future. 
I feel that this dealership is fantastic.   The service department is excellent as well.  I have always been treated with respect and kindness.  Service after the sale is just as important as the sales experience and this dealership does everything well.

After being a loyal customer with 2 separate purchases I am forced to amend my review. I can no longer recommend Yark. In fact I now strongly recommend going elsewherr. I am so very disappointed and upset with Yark for having completely dropped the ball during my most recent car purchase. I made a special trip to Toledo from Cleveland specifically to purchase my new vehicle. I returned to the same salesman. I was constantly given the run around, sales games were played, and I was given inaccurate information when I even got any. I was not called back in a timely fashion and my concerns and questions were brushed off and went unanswered! My salesman even suddenly took a vacation during the trip I set up specifically due to his availability. I was not even properly handed off to a new contact. I was left with no help and no answers. I had to take my car search elsewhere at the last minute. Thankfully another Toledo area dealer made up for it. I am so offended and baffled by my experience. I highly recommend taking your business and loyalty elsewhere where it will be properly appreciated!

I would not hesitate to come back to get another from josh in used vehicles.  He is very customer oriented, and is very knowledgeable on my 2015 jeep cherokee.  He is  very customer, and takes people in there golden years.  He is considered is a very strong asset to any car dealership.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Yark with help from Tyler Rayford. The process was simple and the group was very accommodating.  I appreciate Tyler's help in answering all my questions and I highly recommend him if you need a vehicle.
