After a total of four years of continually running down to the basement after every rainstorm... we are able to finally RELAX.

Everyone at this company has been a true pleasure to work with. From the start Ken made sure that we understood that we didn't have to fix the entire basement, which is what nearly five other companies had pressured us into thinking. Even though our project was a smaller job for Ken and his team they made sure we were treated just as a family that had a larger project at hand.

As the project began we were faced with a few additional details that would involve a bigger spend. With this said we never were we pushed to making the decision. Ken revisited us to be sure that we clearly understood what was going to lay ahead of us. We took a few days and decided it was in our best interest to continue with the additionally recommended plan.

As Adam and Rick were at our home waterproofing the basement they never hesitated to stop, explain and answer in the greatest detail with every question we had with the most professional manner.

We appreciate all of the hard work that went into this project. We love our basement again; oh yes and of course the calories we gained with the cookies that we have shared.

Many thanks again as we welcome Mother Nature and her stormy days.

Reliable did a fantastic job on my basement and I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.  Unlike other contractors, they stuck to their quote even though there were many unforeseen obastacles in the way.  They even put on booties when they entered my house.  10/10!!!

I had 3 companies come to my house for estimates, Reliable being one of them. Ken was THE nicest, and most professional. He exceeded my expectations in a plumbing service. I highly recommend Reliable Basement and Drain!

Absolutely one of the worst contractors I have ever worked with in over 40 years. They provided a quote to "clean out all spillways" and their quote was accepted. Out of 5 spillways on the property, only one was actually cleaned out! Abandoned the job after stating they had spent more than enough time on the job. I stated that if it was a matter of more money to please provide a quote. Never received one! Could not get owner, Ken, to call me back with even a response.  He hid behind April, his receptionist, who stated the best way to communicate with Ken is to email her and she will forward it on to him and he will respond. I told her the best way to communicate with me, the customer, was to return my calls. Unbelievably poor customer service! Call Valu Rooter instead! They are extremely professional, know what they are doing, have all the necessary equipment and stick with a job until it is complete.
