Amazing experience. I called on a holiday weekend because my sump pump died and my basement was flooded. They sent a technician out within an hour of my call. Jon Sanders was professional, kind, and managed to install a new pump very quickly. I will only use these guys from now on - wonderful company!

Jon Sanders came to the house promptly after being contacted.  Was willing to work on the problem, even though he wasn't scheduled to work tonight.  Finished the job within two hours; was polite and respectful, and cleaned up after himself when finished.  Didn't waste time chatting everyone up and was very skilled in making the necessary repairs to the plumbing.  Was a very good representation of his company.  Would highly recommend the company and their staff, especially Mr. Sanders, in the future.

My basement was a flooded mess and I didn't know what to do or where to begin. My Technician Jon Sanders, was wonderful, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and experienced. He represented Valu-Rooter well today and on a holiday even. I will gladly refer this company and certainly utilize their services again. Anita

After emailing my plumbing needs to Valu-Rooter the night before, I received a phone call first thing the next morning. At 10 am, Jon Sanders arrived. He quickly analyzed the problem, answered all my questions, and showed me before/after pictures with the camera. He finished by noon, leaving me with a cleaned up work area, peace of mind, and a one year warrantee.

AMAZING service! SAVED. THE. DAY. We got a clog in our drain and couldn't fix ourselves.... It was 7:00pm at night and I called and they had someone out here within the hour AND at a very reasonable price! WOW! I couldn't believe there wasn't a huge up charge for coming out at night.  Our technician, Mike, was incredible. Professional and knew what he was doing. So thankful for this honest company. Will only be using VALU-ROOTER from now on! 5 STARS!!
