We contacted Allied for our cross country move, who partnered with New Jersey Movers/Reliable and we were very impressed. 
From Jon Paul and his professionalism arriving to our home and giving a quote, to Jennifer at the office answering our questions and helping make sure the shipment arrived on time to our pick up and deliver hero, Hector. We loved having Hector- he was organized, professional, took his job seriously, reliable and trust worthy. His crews both in NY to pick up and in Dallas for drop off were great. Very happy with our move.

Highly recommended!!  I could not have asked for a better experience.  It's overwhelming enough having to move, so I'm glad I chose Reliable Van and Storage/Allied.  Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional.  Starting with my Sales Rep, Diane Stevenson, who went above and beyond and worked with me even while she was on vacation!  The lovely ladies in the office, Renee, and my move Coordinator, Jennifer Dusman, who assisted me when I came in to pick up boxes.  John and Dennis from the warehouse who were absolutely amazing and gave me every type of box needed, including some great tips for packing!  Last, but not least, my amazing driver, Spencer and his crew (Rick, Oscar, H) ... these guys worked hard, are extremely efficient and super friendly!!  I can rest easy knowing my items are in good hands.  Each of these individuals has contributed to my overall experience and has left me feeling like I made the absolute right choice by moving with Reliable/Allied.  I would definitely use their services again!!

I had an excellent experience with this company. At each stage of the process. I was moving from NJ to NC. I did a lot of research to see who was really capable of handling the move the way I needed it done. I was not disappointed. Starting with Bill who showed up on time in the evening after work (very accommodating so I didn't have to take time off of work for the estimate) and who made sure to get the quote right and answer all my questions before leaving. Note: his quote was VERY on target. He also stayed in communication with all my questions and changes later. Great service. Then Jessica in the office. Made any change that came up with no problem and super friendly and easy to work with. Answered all my questions quickly, knowledgeable, up front, and held commitments. Great service and what I was told would happen, happened. And the best was the crew lead by Jose and his team. Hard workers, knowledge, friendly, experienced, treated my possessions and my homes with care. They were very accommodating to any requests and extremely pleasant the ENTIRE time at both locations. And my bedroom layout looks great because Jose's ideas were better than mine on where the furniture should go. Overall a great experience end-to-end!!

The  movers backed down the driveway and hit the gutter on my garage. Instead of telling me that they did this they said nothing and hoped I wouldn't see it until after they left. 
I saw it after they were gone and got no relief from the moving company.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. First because at least the crew that came to my house was dishonest by not telling us what they did and second the company  wouldn't own up to their mistake and pay for the gutter replacement. Instead I ended up paying for it. Don't use them!

DONT BE FOOLED. Even though they claim to be Montvale moving on the website, they are not! They are a completely different company.
