I need the owner to contact me cause i put in a claim and lisa not doing her job damage done to my belongings and still waiting for my compensation that she states. What kind of moving conpany is this? Why you do not want to pay for damage done to people belongings.

Called for a fridge move and got this story: It's the summer and the end of the month so 4 guys and 4 hour minimum WOW just WOW is all I can possibly say. This didn't include a kiss first HOLY S**T!!! Save your time by moving on from this mover LOL

I am so impressed by this company, from the first phone call until my delivery I have nothing but praise for AG Movers. I moved my elderly mother's 4 bedroom home from the Bronx to Florida and was given the best rate and service by them. The girls in the office were also very sweet and accommodating. I have referred two of my friends to this company already and both of them were extremely satisfied with their work.

I guess I must have been lucky. I recently located from NY to GA and it was great everything was put together (3 bedrooms sets). Although it was subbed out I have no issues. I even received my furniture in 5 business days. Everyone from Lior to Michelle and movers helped tremendously. In reality moving is stressful compounded with the fact that you have to "really"  pack your items well. You will undoubtedly always have a scratch or something it is inevitable. You get what you pay for in packing and wrapping furniture so don't go cheap and properly box your items.

I have moved across country 3 times and never have I experienced a moving company as unprofessional and positively shady. I was originally told 7 business days to move my things, after 9 I called thinking my things would be close by. I was then told it could take 7-10 and they don't know why I was told 7. At the 12th day I called and was told my things had not left new york yet, and it may be 21 business days, SOMETHING I WAS NEVER TOLD. Meanwhile, they have 70% payment for my things to not have even moved. Finally, they booked another carrier to take my items and told me that they would be with me in 4 days. 3 days later I call back and am told that there is no way anyone would tell me 4 days, that it takes at least 6 to get to California, I truly do not care how long it takes anymore, these people have been lying and conniving their way to take as much advantage of their customer as they could. When I asked how they would be making up for all the malfeasances they offered me $40 back out of $1450! Ridiculous. 

I am so disappointed I did not listen to the poor reviews about AG Movers, I was incredibly sold on the original estimate of 7 business days that I got sucked into this scam. 

Run far and fast from these truly terrible movers. If I could give 0 stars I would, they should not be trusted.
