We had ReliAscent convert our QuickBooks accounting system to get back into DCAA compliance (after letting it slip for several years). The process was fast and affordable, and the team of experts assigned to us made things easy and stress-free. We will likely have them handle our monthly closes moving forward, as well as some contract management work we have coming down the road. I was very happy with their customer service and professionalism, and would definitely recommend them to other contractors.

We wanted to thank ReliAscent and Dave Donley for the generous donation of Dave’s time and expertise to our DoE grant effort and for working so closely with our CFO. Grant financials are foreign to us and we understood how difficult it is to teach under the pressure of a deadline…without your support, we would never have completed this grant. ReliAscent helped us set up our DCAA compliant accounting system in just a couple of weeks. After we passed our preaward audit, they handled the complete outsourced accounting for an affordable rate. I plan on using them for contract management and negotiation services in 2016. I would definitely recommend the experts at ReliAscent! Thanks, guys!

I would not be in business if it were not for ReliAscent. I’m a Scientist with a Small Business; no one here knows diddly about the complexities of Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements; the Government requires conformance to such for contracts of $100K or more, and the DCAA-personnel are not permitted to help. I had been selected for a $1 Mil Phase 2 SBIR contract but was required to have an accounting and administrative system I could not understand. I was told by DCAA that all the Federal Accounting Regulations (FAR) were published on-line and all I had to do was read them. No one here had an extra lifetime to read and understand all that. Fortunately I found ReliAscent. They had literally decades of experience and were able to provide a completely DCAA-compliant back-office for my business so I could get back to doing what I do best, discovering new science and developing new technology. Thanks to all the ReliAscent folks for doing a great job. I'd give them six stars, but I'm only allowed five.
