After reading such wonderful reviews about Remedi, I was excited to book the Honey Body Therapy / Myofacial Release massage for an hour and a half, with a stated price of $65 as an August special. When calling to book my appointment with Kate, she stated only the Myofacial Release massage was on special for 8/1-8/31 and at a price of $75. After Kate followed up with the owner to gain clarity on what massages are on special for August, I was told that the specials listed were a mistake, the prices weren't accurate and that the other Receptionist was at fault. According to Kate, the price of the Honey Body Therapy / Myofacial Release massage was supposed to be $112 ($140 with 20% off). After expressing increased disappointment with the whole ordeal, I asked once more if the price of $65 for the Honey Body Therapy / Myofacial Release treatment would be honored - Kate said no, it's too much of a discount for the Massage Therapist. While I completely understand mistakes happen, confusion can ensue and we all need to make a profit, it's incredibly disheartening to blatantly see that the information the customer has is correct in their eyes, but the establishment won't accommodate and honor the mistake. Moral of this ordeal - be sure to clarify all monthly specials with the Spa before booking; they're likely posted wrong on the website. Such a shame for a well regarded day spa.

Wonderful staff with excellent customer service! I've been here for a number of services and have enjoyed my experience every time. Victoria has given me the best waxes I've ever had and always makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone!

The owner and team at Remedi are up to great things and are very consumer and community minded. The atmosphere in the store is very cool! Lots of local art hanging on the walls and it's impeccably clean! It's amazing what they have done with the interior of the building - it looks brand new. What a great addition to West Chester - keep up the great work!

This happened last year sometime, I originally let it slide but I received some spam email from this company so I thought I would share my story. I have frequent back pain from old sports injuries and occasionally I like to get a massage because it helps, Well I called Remedi to make an appointment and they weren't able to accommodate my last minute request, so I scheduled for a few days later, a Saturday morning. Saturday comes and goes, I forgot the appointment, it slipped my mind. Remedi calls me to find out what happened, and I told them. The lady on the other end of the phone begins to tell me how I was rude and they wont be offering me a refund for the services I paid for. I immediately take it right back to her, because I paid for a massage. You're not stealing my money because I missed the appointment. If that's the policy you should say it up front, not in a verbal argument with a customer over the phone. Nonetheless, the experience was a serious turn off and I never went to the appointment she begrudgingly offered. Oh and before she even agreed to re-book me she complained a good 2-3 minutes about how their time is important and they don't have enough staff for missed appointments. In summary, buyer beware! The services they have might be great but the customer service wasn't up to par for me. I was partially at fault for missing the appointment, but I've never felt more disrespected as a customer. You should handle problem customer's with grace, not by talking down to them or guilt-tripping them.
