Unprofessional and incompetent.  My move from the SF Bay Area to Houston, TX was originally indicated to take about a week.  I didn't receive my belongings for over a month.  Kim McNair, from Remington, never returned my calls and kept promising that my shipment was on its way.  Eventually I found out that it had been left in a warehouse.  The movers were hours late for both pick-up and delivery, even though they said they were "on their way."  No one from Remington acted professionally or honestly.  This is only a small portion of the ineptitude that this moving company displayed.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable and honest moving company. The workers handle everything with care, and I was very impressed.

I was fairly nervous about this move. We were moving furniture from a family members house to ours, and I was not going to be there when the furniture was picked up. I especially didn't want this to be a hassle for the family member as she was giving us this furniture as a gift. She told me that they were careful and professional, dismantling and wrapping everything well. When they arrived at my house I was pleased to see that they worked quickly and appeared to be experienced. They were also friendly and polite. Everything arrived in good shape and they reassembled a rather difficult and complicated headboard/nightstand/bed combination. Good job guys!

Recently had a really good experience with Remington- everything was taken care of like it was their own- my breakables were packaged better than when I originally bought them!  My things arrived at my new home safe and sound. Everyone was nice and Roz was especially helpful. Highly recomended!
