I rented a unit for over 6 months.  The construction of the unit is fair, has a concrete floor, and the facility has a nice security fence and gate with code.  In January I found evidence of mice in my unit. Recently I went to get Easter baskets out of my unit and was locked out.  It was the weekend and the answering service connected me to the care taker, he had stayed that "I was at the top of his list for not paying my rent." I inf him that I had just relieved a letter and a check from their office because I had overpaid, he shouted "I don't care what you have, I'm not letting you in" and then hung up on me.  I went to their office the following business day and the lady in the office stated she was sorry and it was her fault.  I informed her that the care taker had been very rude and unkind to me and she stated that she would talk to him, but there wasn't anything she could do about it.  I informed her that an apology would be nice, and that I am probably going to look to store my things elsewhere.   I have yet to receive an opology...
