I went to  renaissance today because I had previously purchased three citrus trees one of the trees a lime had died I had watered and fertilized the trees according to their directions .the lime tree died .and I went into the store to inquire if it was guaranteed immediately two women one that works there and one that says that she knows everything about gardening  did not let me get a word in edgewise .One minute I was over watering and the next minute I was under watering I tried to explain that both trees that were living were watered the same as the lime I felt totally attacked and just left I will not be returning to Renaissance garden. Also my daughter-in-law who happens to be a master gardener through the ag center said that they did not even ask me the proper questions she was there and could not believe the behavior of the two women.

I called this company to inquire about a possible landscape job (sod and tree replacement) and pretty much got the runaround. The owner viewed my property via google maps during which she asked me what I had in a rear storage building and  even made the ridiculous suggestion that the dead grass in question, on the side of the house AWAY from my pool, might have been killed by pool water.
