Doctors may be fantastic. Never got to see one. Appt. Was canceled because i saw the pa on an earlier date than scheduled appt with doctor. Good luck with phone calls being returned!

I love the Experience. Really Clean Facility. I love the Service. The Staff the Girls are awesome. I love the Doctor and the Nurse Practioner. I recommend this place for any Gastroenterology Diseases. They treat me like if I was at home.

Unfotunately, it has been a horrible experience trying to get to the bottom of my mom's health issues. She was scheduled for a procedure and the office staff failed to send the prescription she needed to prepare. That caused an 8-day delay in her care. Then, they let me know I should prep her again (basically fast for a senior who already hadn't been eating for weeks) only to neglect calling us three hours in advance as planned. Office staff then avoided speaking to me but called HER to reschedule again. After insisting that the procedure be done today, I was told to take her to the main Renaissance hospital where they were yet to recieve doctor's orders for this to happen. We waited and finally they rudely admitted her and rushed through her questions. So dissapointed and quite frankly disgusted with their level of carelessness.

Careless doctors,all they do is bring their pc and start typing away without even looking at you and repeating the same thing the nurse said and asked you.

I asked for a doctor, & was given a 9 am appointment, when I arrived was told it was an NP I was scheduled for that day. I said I would reschedule for a doctor, so I was told wait I could see the Doctor. 10:30 a women came in with her lap top, not looking began to take a history. Three requests as to her identity she admitted she was an NP, I asked her to leave reminding her I had asked for a physician. Long story short I left at 11:45, No Doctor. NP's can be excellent, but they do not have the same training & knowledge as a physician. If you have a complicated history that requires care beyond today's evidence based protocols You Need A Doctor
