The doctors are all right. Doctors always seem to be alright. It's the office staff that's usually the problem and ultimately that's the physician's responsibility. Office staff seems to be efficient collecting copays and making appointments, as long as you realize you are responsible for finding out which office. Where they are clearly inefficient?  The things that affect us the most: Insurance issues, prescriptions and test results. A week to get results from a CBC, BMP, TSH and UA....a week! really?! Aren't they using the same hospital lab the ER uses, they get results in a couple of hours. Next day, 2 days, 3days for a culture but a week! Something needs to get fixed!  3 days later symptoms got so bad we took her into SA to an Urgent care and found out she had a "raging" UTI and was started on an antibiotic that day. 3 days after that this medical practice, Hondo office, calls us with negative results. Something is wrong here.
