They  completely broke the roof rails of a brand new car and scratched the door near the keyhole of the driver side door. 

Leaving the place I heard a strange noise while driving, but couldn't locate it until the next day. 

When I called they laughed and told me to go  F- off
Save yourself and your car the trouble and go somewhere else

It is cheaper than nearby parking but don't bother trying to use the mobile coupon - they won't accept it even after the manager assures you that morning that you could use it that afternoon. I could tell they were busy but being cordial about it would've made me want to park there again despite not honoring their own coupon. I'll just spend the extra $2 down the street to hopefully not be barked at. Wishing u all of the best Icon.

The location of this parking place is great. The employees are helpful, nice and respectful. But the new manager (Wilfredo/ Wilfrido) of this place is horrible, rude, mean, treats the employees really bad in front of the customers. I have always been treated with respect until he came to be the manager. I had a ready bad experience with him, and because of this I decided to get my monthly parking contract with another company. I hope the old manager comes back.

The staff couldn't find anyone's car I had to go inside and find our car to even get it back....horrible

Please be aware...Do yourself  a favor. Do not park your car in this Parking lot. They charge me 30.00 and misplaced my car. It took them 2 hours to locate my car during a major concert event over 200 ppl stood outside. Ppl were standing  in the street. Police had to come to organize and calm down the situation.
