Read other reviews on the place here and I can't say I agree.  Although I never travel during the busiest parts of the day or on busiest travel dates to compare.  

I've never had any issues with the place they always have my car in great condition and pick me up quickly enough when I arrive, so I have nothing to complain about and have great prices to go along with that.

Be careful when parking your car here.   The employees have sticky fingers.   Had an item stolen from my car and when I informed the person on duty I was asked to fill out a complaint form.   His reaction lead me to believe that this sort of thing happens a lot at Vista.   I also never received a call back from the manager.   Will be looking to park elsewhere going forward.

If i could give them 0 I would!!!!!!!!!! STOLE THE GPS RIGHT OUT OF THE CAR , DIDNT DO NOTHING TO HELP. WILL BE FILLING A REPORT!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM IT'S GOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!!! 

I had my glove box locked and when we came back it was unlocked, also the top part of the dash was ripped open

They just lost another long-time customer.  I am a very frequent traveler and have been using VISTA for over 10 years.  Just like the other recent posters, I showed up last week with a reservation for an 8 day stay,  The person in the office brusquely said they were not taking any more cars.  When I showed him my reservation, he just pointed down the street to the Newark Long Term Parking group.  I went there and was accepted - and am now a customer of theirs.  I feel bad for the VISTA drivers and lot attendants.  They have always been great.  Perhaps one of the other lots will hire them away.

Absolutely terrible. They parked my car under a tree full of birds and berries, so that when I came back my car was covered in rock hard, baked on bird faeces. I will never try and save a couple of dollars when entrusting my expensive car with someone.
