I want to support local businesses, but this place is a hot mess. My daughter's high school team purchased personalized sweatshirts and most of the names were misspelled. We took my daughter's back and it took months to fix it and they never called when it was done. We've also tried to buy personalized items twice, they said they had to look up an item number and would call us back, but they never did.

the products are fine, and the people are nice enough but the communication is AWFUL. when you come here, be ready to call them everyday for MONTHS to know anything about your purchase.

Just picked up my sons letterman's jacket and they did a wonderful job. They were reasonably priced gave me an awesome looking jacket and got it done and respectable amount of time. I highly recommend this retailer for all of your letterman jacket needs.

The staff here could not be more helpful or friendly, and I have had to have items shipped to me multiple times when we were out of town and the service was fast and accurate.

If I could give this business a minus 20 I would!! We ordered my daughter's letterman jacket from them 2 1/2 wks ago. We she went there to order all they had for her to try on was a size large, no other sizes and they don't measure. They recommended a medium and her grandma agreed not telling us that they are universal size for men or women, so it is huge. Tell the lady its too big can they fix it she says no but a least its paid for like its joke. I'm now so pissed, get home my daughter realize they spelled the name wrong! Call them, they basically tried to blame us, I told them you sell these you should measure or have sizes available to try on so you know if correct. They don't, took it back they will fix the name but the guy was rude no apology just snorted when I told what the lady said. Told him will never come back and never recommend this place. They didn't care, horrible service they don't stand behind there products! Now I have spend more money and try to find some one to alter it! Buyer Beware!!
