Applied for a solar panel loan 1 month before my contractor was ready to start the project, Renew called me a couple days later to ask me to give them screenshots of my mortgage statement which I provided. Didn't hear anything back for a couple of days, emailed and called to ask the status, they did not respond. almost a month after the project is done they call asking me if I still want to move forward with the project. Very unprofessional. They don't really value your time.

Outstanding company.

Very poor financing company. Told me several different rates to finance my solar panel installation. In the end they backed out of the deal AFTER the work was done which caused a considerable issue with my contractor. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!
