Went with Renew because the price was fair and the options were good. We worked with Justin. The customer service went as far as signing the dotted line, another reviewer hit the nail on the head. He even said he would meet with us after the work was completed to take a look at the finished product. Again, he was a no show at the time he stated he would be there. Complete waste of my time. 

After the work was completed I noticed that they never installed the new vents on the house. After emailing and calling Justin numerous times, with no reaponse, I was finally able to get the owner on the phone. Now we are talking a couple months that this went on. Even had the owner state that he would come out and look personally, he never showed either. Worked from home all day and no one showed up. I was finally able to reschedule a time for them to come out and put in the vents. Now that the project is complete, I would not recommend going through with them. The work looks good but the BS around dealing with. R folks that work there isn’t worth it.

I have never met a more committed company than renew. We had a leak in our roof in our newly purchased home. Only 2 weeks living in the home we had to do our roof?!? We had originally signed a contract with another company to do our roof, had no contact with them for 3 weeks and were desperate for help! Renew came to our home Monday, priced us lower than the crooks we originally signed with, had our products ordered by Tuesday, delivered by Wednesday, and by Thursday Evening we had a new roof! Talk about no delay! NOT EVEN A WEEK'S WAIT! Amazing!! Amazing!! Amazing people! Thank you!!

The whole process was quick and easy. The price was fair and the service was excellent. They removed my old roof and installed a new one in one day. I came back home and the yard was so clean, I wouldn't have been able to tell anyone was there if I hadn't seen them working that morning. They use top of the line products and provide all around excellent service...and the lifetime warranty doesn't hurt anything either. I would use them again and again.

ReNew did an outstanding job replacing my roof. The whole process was quick and painless and they did a great job with clean up afterwards. They really took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure I was satisfied with the work. My new roof looks and functions great. I would gladly hire them again.
