I had an estimator come to my house to give me an estimate for a complete bathroom remodel. He said that the estimate will be ready by the end of the week. It has been two weeks now and I have not geared a word from them. I tried to call, text and email and their number is disconnected. So don't bother with them if you want timely service and direct communication, if they are still in business they shouldn't be.

We had Todd come in and look at several items from the inspection report after we bought a new house. The work performed was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Todd's crew applied epoxy to seal the garage floor and install a vapor barrier in the crawl space. They also moved a heating vent for us as well.

We would have hired them to do more work for us, but given their prices and quality they are very busy!

Called to get an appt. for an estimate. The day of appt. they never showed and never called. I called them to ask why and they said they were now too busy for my work. Apparently my money isn't good enough. Horrible service.

I scheduled an appointment with  them and they called to reschedule which was understandable but on the second appointment they flat-out cancelled and refused to even come over very poor service not available, very unhappy and dissatisfied with them.

Todd the owner came over and told me he could do the remodel in my living room.  I told him I had a flaky contractor not get back to me recently and I was not willing to chase down a supplier/contractor. He said he would have an estimate to me in 2-3 days.  It's been 6 days now and no word from Todd.
