Most relaxing back facial ever and my attendant, Meghan, was very thorough and very polite. She made me feel so comfortable. I loved my experience at this facility. The whole staff was more than happy to answer any questions I had about skin care. Will definitely return in the future.

I am beyond thrilled with my Micro-needling and Thermi-Smooth treatment! If you are not sure about this procedure, go talk to Dr. Clemons and his staff. They will help you make an educated decision about your skin care or body contouring needs. The professionalism and availability of Dr. Clemons and his staff -best I've ever had! ( I had many questions post procedure and had answers from the staff within minutes!) His staff is always kind and helpful. Results are beyond my expectations! I'm just sorry I didn't do it sooner. If you want an intelligent, conscientious , certified Dermatologist and Aesthetician Meghan who truly wants what's best for their patients, go see Dr. Clemons!

I've been going to Renovus for a couple of years now and I couldn't recommend it more. Meghan Carter is an amazing aesthetician and can answer any questions you have and is very good at what she does. They are always up to date in regards to new procedures, products, and services. I would recommend to anyone!

If you are looking for the "best" look no further. This spa offers the latest in up-to-date procedures, a professional well trained staff, and a highly accomplished physician! All this is bundles in a beautiful, relaxing, facility designed to offer you the best care. posted by satisfied customer Tandy Hobbs 3/27/2017 Just had to add to my review. Had filler put in my lips by Pam. A bit of a scary thing considering what could go wrong. I am very particular and I have to say my lips are PERFECT! thanks again for helping me look as good as possible!

I'm simply reading the reviews and the fact the owner only responds to the 5 star positive reviews is a little shady and very bad business practice, I'll be coming here on Friday March 10th and if I'm treated badly I'll intentionally leave 10 more bad reviews even under other profiles if I have too. If I'm treated well I'll bump this to 3 stars. Reason u won't get 4 or 5 is cause u condone negative behavior, here is a famous quote "by not speaking, you are speaking". Update!!!! Went here in the flesh and it was fairly quaint inside, some of the staff though seemed... unappealing if u will for what a patron should deal with, in the sense of they were borderline rude and almost "know it alls" through this they were minimally helpful.
