Denise, Hector, and Chris are the best! I came in frustrated with another RAC franchise in Holly Hill. They understood my concerns and frustrations and took me under their wings. Run don’t walk to a different rent a center! 
Hector Ramirez refuses to let us speak to the manager of the franchise. He identified himself as the “assistant manager “ he hung up on my husband. 
We never missed a payment and always on time, then when the store was bought out with different owners his threatening phone calls started. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL voicemails threatening us. 
Us. The customers who set up auto pay and were never late. 
I would love to play the voicemails for the new owners! When we call he refuses to let us speak to the manager and hangs up instead of putting anyone else on the phone. 
Like I said, RUN DONT WALK TO  find a different branch of rent a center anywhere other than port orange.
