If zero stars was an option I'd give them just that. I would never in my life recommend anyone to go to this location. My roommate and I rented a refrigerator and it was ROACH INFESTED!!! Yes, you read that correctly. They weren't sympathetic about it at all. Instead they claimed that the roaches came from our place (the apt we been in for 4 months) and didn't even offer us a brand new one. Their service is horrible & they lack communication. They should just shut this location down for having roaches alone.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN DISBELIEF THAT THIS STORE IS UNORGANIZED! I HAD A DELIVERY AT 10AM THEY DIDNT COME UNTIL 4! I KEPT CALLING THE GUY SAID HE WAS 15 MINS AWAY HE LIED I CALLED BACK A HOUR LATER STILL NO SHOW! THEN I GET A QUEEN SIZE BED AND THIS BED IS HARD AF! ITS NOT THE SAME BED I LOOKED AT IN THE STORE SMH .. THESE ARE NOT MEN THESE ARE LITTLE BOYS! IT SEEMS LIKE THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE JOB OR CUSTOMERS . NOW I SEE WHY THE LAST MANAGER QUIT! THIS STORE IS A JOKE! I HATE I EVEN DID BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION SMH

The employees in this location are very uneducated and unprofessional that Marlene who's supposed to be the store manager is as dumb as a fish she needs more training how you hang up the phone on a customer...... that's so rude.

I am not a customer at this company and their employees keep calling me and harrassing me over the phone attempting collections on someone I do not even know. I have asked numerous times to be taken off their database and when I requested this, this employee started to chuckle about my request and did not confirm removal of my name from the database. 

Inclosing, this is a warning for anyone wanting to do business with this company, I would NOT dare attempt to give them your personal information or any details as a customer! I am not their customer and they are harrasing me. This review will be followed up with contacts to other agencies for harrassment.

This posting would not have been posted if the employee was courteous enough to understand my position and not "chuckle" about the phone call requesting that I should not be called on accounts that DO NOT pertain to me.
