The store "manager" Stacy displays the worst customer service I have ever seen from any "professional" business. If I hadn't paid half of what I owe for the sofa I got, I would take it back only because of this woman and her disrespectful, ghetto and rude behavior. You are supposed to make managers out of people who are friendly, happy, and enjoy working with customers. Not the fry cook in the back which is clearly her mentality. Will never do business with this store again ONLY because of Stacy who loves to let people know that's she's the store manager and you don't need to talk to someone else other than her. I will be calling corporate Monday. Thank you to the other employees who are friendly and I feel sorry for them having to work with her. 7/1/17

Trash all the way around. They will not work with you whatsoever and they all have a horribly nasty attitude. My mom fell down on her luck and was in and out of surgery but the showed no compassion whatsoever. I would not recommend any rent a center but if you must, definitely do NOT go to this one ever in life. Felicia is trash and I hope she knows it.

Unacceptable. My girlfriend went here the week before Christmas to purchase a recliner for me. After paying for the recliner, or paying the initial payment for the recliner, she was promised same day delivery. That never happened after numerous call's and empty promises to deliver the recliner over a 3 week period, she decided to obtain a refund, rather than deal with this unbelievably poor customer service. After being told she could come pick up her refund, she went down to the store to obtain a refund and was told that she could not receive it because a member of management was not there. She then mad a second trip up there the following day and obtained a refund by the habitual liar named "Bobby". I then made her contact their corporate office to file a formal complaint. The regional manager " Domoniqe" called her after filing the complaint and stated the the manager name Bobby lied and stated that he had tried to contact her several times. All and all he offered her a discount to obtain the piece of furniture from another store. She politely replied No Thank You, as this was probably the worst customer service and outright deliberate deception by a company that she has ever seen. I don't know much about the other stores, but I can tell you that you do not want to make any purchases from the store located on Peach Orchard Rd, unless you want poor, rude customer service from the manager Bobby and want the most terrible experience of your life. Stay away from this store and their rude and deceitful employees.
