It's a large best buy with plenty of gadgets to look through! The customer service is phenomenal and I appreciate how they try to help. I was looking for a controller to connect to my phone and they were phenomenally helpful. This is a great store!

I returned a Kindle today. I was planning to buy a new tablet but maybe not today. When I returned it she was aware that I might get one today and asked if I wanted to exchange it or refund. I said refund to make it easier on both of us. She failed to tell me that the reward certificate that I used will take 2weeks until I can use it again. Now I'm just waisted my whole trip up there and 2 weeks because some employee was to lazy to tell me it will take 2 weeks until after she refunded the money.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They helped me register to get student discounts. Def changed my opinion on best buy. They've come along away.

I came in looking for a PS4 controller. I came in and found the product quickly and easily. The price was more expensive in the store than online, but their price match policy allowed me to get it $15 off. The cashier was nice, and helped me fix my store account quickly. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

The store contains very neat, and interesting statuettes, and gaming supplies that you would normally have to order, or search for elsewhere. Also, they do a fun VR demonstration (Oculus Rift at this store.) so you can sign up, and try it out. Was very useful for me, as I am in the market for a headset.
