Fortuitously close to where I live, with an office that was open on Saturdays  (unlike others in town who SAID they were open but weren't... Grrr!) Actual business hours are 08:00 to 19:00 (7 pm) Monday through Saturday. Video surveillance that's as good as the NSA. Individual door alarms on all the units. Half the units at this location are upstairs (they have two other locations in town), but there is a quaint old freight elevator (quaint if you're not in a hurry, anyway) and there are carts available. Access at weekends and holidays is $5/mo extra via an electronic gate and proximity badge. Padlocks and accessories are for sale in the office. Susan was very friendly and helpful.

One star is too many. I was horrified by the service Rent-a-Space provided. Kayleen was consistently recalcitrant and unhelpful. Bills weren't arriving in my my email in-box and no bills came to my residence, but my late-fee notification charging me an extra $25 showed up in my email and at my home address on time every time. A total scam. When I tried to rectify it, Kayleen said she would charge me $3 a month to send me the bill. Insane. Charging customers for their own bill. This place will rob you blind. There are much better options in Missoula. Stay away from Rent-a-space.
