I always come here to get my nails done when I need a fill or a full set. Kelly is my favorite nail artists but I love everyone that has done my nails. I have only had it done badly once or twice. Other than that they've done an amazing job on my nails. I got a pedicure for the first time there and even though my crazy 9 month old daughter was with me they did their job in a professional manner and was kind to her. A kind and fun environment that has me coming back to get m y nails done here every time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would...the gentleman at the front is not only pushy but very disrespectful my mom went for the "dip" with her natural nails he cuts three of her real nails off without asking her first assuming it was acrylic tips and than to add insult to injury he told us he was only going to take $5 off our bill than when we insisted no and that it was completely wrong that it should be $5 for every nail he cut off he got rude with us and tsaid if he takes $15 off our bill don't come back.. some of the worst customer service I've seen in a long time and I work in hospitality for hotels  her nails should have been free there's really no way to recover such bad customer service I don't recommend this place if you want to be treated with kindness and respect save your money and go to a different nail salon ...

AT LAST!  Alot of shops claim to offer dipping nails, but after five different shops, RENTON NAILS (both locations) actually got it right!!  Amazing staff, clean location, awesome job!!!  A++++++ highly recommend :)

Today was my first day coming and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and I got an awesome deal on my nails. The lady that did my nails was careful seeing as how they were real. I was recommended to use some type of acrylic powder that has vitamin e in it and last longer, I wanted a soak off and overlay, so I did and the finishing look was great.  Some of customers that we're already in there we're mad so if it's your first time don't be discouraged. Setup is nice as well very clean.

Bad experience ever. The first staff did a horrible work on my nail so I had to wipe everything off! She even cut my nail when removing colors on my nails using the machine. But the manager offered me another manicure service with a different staff. I got my manicure redone. I spent 3 hours for manicure.....
