Well I rarely get my hair cut, went in said cut and shampoo, she seated me sprayed my hair to get it wet and cut. I mentioned at least 3 more times shampoo  (i enjoy the scalp massage) still no shampoo... She cut undid my cape and  was done. My advise  LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Cheap, friendly, clean, and with the online check-in it is very fast. They do what you ask and always have me looking sharp for half the price you pay at the trendier spots.

I can't believe this! I used to have a clean flat top and now I have this mess on my head. I asked her to clean up the sides and she randomly starts chopping up the top of my head. Now the flat top is no longer flat but the sides are all uneven and choppy. Then she got an attitude about it and I still had to pay! Just like the other reviews,they can barely speak English and don't know what they're doing! Now I have to spend another $20 to have this fixed or shaved off just to start all over! It's gonna take months just to get it how I want it!
