I can't believe you were able to save my iPhone but thank you so much for what you did.  The phone was demolished when I brought it to you and now it looks brand new and all my information is still there. You undersell your services here. The owner is horrible do not bring your phone to them.   I had a damaged LG V10 and left a $50 deposit for them to purchase the replacement screen.   The gentleman told me 4 days and 4 days later the screen was in and they could repair my phone.  The screen they purchased off eBay did not work.  So they said they would put a rush on the new screen.  Two week later they finally get the screen.  In that time I purchased a new phone because I don't have patience for horrible businessmen.  When I asked for a refund the owner Jay would only offer a store credit.  No reasonable person will make a unhappy patron have to shop at their store again.  But no...  Jay is horrible businessman do not bring your phone or any of your electronics to them.

The guy at Repair Sharks is great. They always go out of there way to take care of me and my family. Glad there is a store closer to me now. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Repair Sharks service. I had a pretty bad iphone repair that I needed after a rough Memorial Day weekend. My phone hit the concrete next to the pool then fell into the pool, some luck. I grabbed it fast but it turned off shortly after. I had an iPad fixed here once before and they did a great job. Even better that they are located right in Roslyn near my house.
