I was honestly very pleasantly surprised by how professional the reps are and how organized this location is, along with how CLEAN the store is. You wont find a piece of lint or debris laying around by the waiting area, the tables, anywhere. When you walk in and all the reps are busy, they acknowledge you right away and let you know they will be with you shortly but I have never waited more than 3 minutes for help. The reps are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I needed help with my plan and was really confused about some of the recent change. All of my questions were answered, and the rep who installed the screen protector did a flawless job. Nothing bad to say. Love them

Customer service was top notch, reasoning for my rating because i was being helped by the same rep, Farhan, who at the time was helping (2) other customers alongside with me. Theres this new girl there but shes in training. I feel for the guy and hats off to you. Verizon's structure on employees should be better. Two trained employees are a must at this store and one trainee, other than that, everything went smoothly. Transferred old data to new data and was happy.

To whom it may concern, I came with my family on black friday, when i walked in all reps were busy and what had stood out to me the most as well as my wife was that the Manager Frank had acknowledged us from across the store, walked over, shook our hand, introduced himself and the reps, and had seated us telling us to "not worry, we know you are here and we will take care of you quickly as possible". The amount of personal customer service and honesty you get at this store is outstanding and is not provided anyelse where, within minutes we were escorted by Frank to his desk and taken care of. Not only a great deal, the prices were all neatly written down, no hidden costs, and was very patient enough to transfer everything else and multi task with not one other but two customers all at once, because of today's experience i will not be going to any other local Verizon and this has made me a loyalty customer of your guys Gowireless.

We use to come to the previous owner Jay, and were a little hesitant on sharing our account(s) with the new owner, but the Manager Farhan had assured us that he will accommodate us to the best of his ability. In fact, he was so helpful that i went home and spoke to my sister in law's and have told them to switch over from their carrier to Verizon because of how trustworthy and quick Farhan was. So to whoever needs a recommendation for a store, i HIGHLY recommend you go in and see Farhan. Make an appointment if he is not around.

Farhan had taken care of my family and i with the upmost unbelievable top notch customer service. He had been in contact with us about our Pre Order status from day to day and has the biggest heart. He defines excellent customer service. My family could not be more happy. I highly recommend to go in and ask for him, if he is off which is rare, take an appointment to see him. Thank me later.
