Anthony Hicks is the best Realtor Ever. He is Ultimately the Best!!! I have worked with other realtors in the past but none of them even compare. If you want a good agent I suggest you look him up @Res Realty.

My husband and I just bought our first home together in January of 2016. And that would not be possible if it wasn’t for Jim. Jim found us an amazing home in our budget with everything we wanted! I never would have thought I would be a home owner of such a beautiful home. Jim was such a great guy to work with. He offers flexible hours to meet with him or view homes, and he is extremely dedicated to finding your new home. He consistently updates you of new homes on the market in your ideal area. And he always does his research on the home before you view it.  Jim provided us with tons of information and handouts that we needed since we were first time buyers. 

Our Home Loan Company we were working with was a nightmare. They sent our papers in late, processed everything slow, and would never contact/update us. Thankfully we had such a reliable and educated realtor working with us, who was determined to not let us loose our home. Jim helped us tremendously through this situation by helping us contact the company, and providing them with Minnesota law requirements for purchasing new homes. He also recommended us a new company that could process our loan faster if we needed it. 

Most importantly, he will not let you give up and settle on a home that is not what you are looking for! I would definitely recommend Jim as realtor, especially for young couples or first time home owners.
