Best Title Company ever!! I am a realtor who works with an investor who likes to purchase many homes a year. We have had four settlements together and the only time the settlements have gone smoothly is when RESE handles the settlement. We have had two other settlements that have been over 3 hours each, but with RESE, we have walked in and out in less than an hour. It has made my life as a realtor much easier!!

The team at RESE Title is outstanding, and every time I have to work with another title company, I'm reminded of how fortunate I am to have them on my side.  My files are always processed quickly so that we don't have ugly last-minute surprises, and the staff members are always available to help me work out issues, even if it's not their own file. I wish every title company could be so organized and easy to work with!

UPDATE: I posted a review on this company, in error! No fault of the company's, so I must apologize to the company and those that may have read the review. We did settle on our home through RESE, last year which was a very smooth process. I guess I should have done more research before providing the review. I received a call from the office manager (Christine), whom provided clarification on the current situation. For this, I am thankful!

As a Real Estate professional it is very important that you have a strong title company by your side. I have worked with RESE for over 10 years and they have provided excellent service to all my clients every single time.   Staff is very friendly and responsive and regardless if my clients are first time Buyers, experienced investors or Commercial clients they make sure all is explained and handled.  100% Recommendation

RESE Title is exceptional!  Having previously owned my own title company, I expect a high level of service and RESE Title delivers every time.  Their entire staff - from Daniel Hart to Stacy Chandler to April Dittrich...they are professional, ethical and dedicated to completing the task at hand - closing loans.  I firmly believe RESE Title's commitment to their customers starts at the top with their ownership - Mr. Moe Kazin.  Moe is "on point" and is committed to doing what is right for his employees, which trickles down to doing what is right for his customers.  I highly recommend RESE Title and they are more than worthy of FIVE STARS!
