My step dad passed Feb. 27, 2016.  It is now March 17, 2017, and still are unable to pick up his ashes.  What a way to treat a family that suffers the loss of a loved one.  Have called Reser Funeral Home several times.  They  first were waiting for obit info.  That was given to the twice, the last time over a week ago.  The second excuse was "waiting on paperwork".

Wow, what a way to handle a business.

I tried to get Mom not to use your business, as I have had bad experiences before with your establishment.

Shame on you, shame, shame.
