Out of all of the Marriot Hotels, The Residence Inn is my top two favorite. This one in particular doesn't look exceptional from the outside, but my mind was quickly changed when I walked into a fresh smelling room, with a crisp made bed and a cozy fireplace. The gentleman at the front desk was efficient and quickly got me checked in without any delays and was excellent at giving directions to our room. Kudos to him. We checked in Saturday October 21st around 6, please give him some much praise. ☺️ Thanks again!

Friendly staff. Great location. Rooms are outdated. I had two rooms one had cracks in the wall and the other room didn't have properly working heat. First log for fireplace was free then had to purchase additional logs. Could not access wifi. For 200+ a night it was a disappointment. Not one of their better locations. As this chain is the only hotel I have used in the last 20 years. Good breakfast options, but only one waffle maker made for a long line.

Reasonable rates great location very welcoming staff....stay here every time in twin cities are. Highly recommended.

Stayed here a few times and have never had an issue. Great staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is always delicious. More than just cereal and juice!

Not a traditional set up, you check in at one building and have breakfast there, but need to go to another location for your rooms. The overall room was nice enough, except the shower has two knobs for hot and cold and it took me a couple of times to figure it out.
