We really enjoyed our stay here. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were big and clean, with a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom (bed was very comfortable!), nice bathroom, and two tv's! Full breakfast bar included eggs and sausage, juices and coffee, bagels, English muffins, toast, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, etc. Rec room with pool table and air hockey which my son really enjoyed. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5PM.  Took more than 2.5 hours for them to "clean" a room because the day crew left the room dirty.  The lobby bathroom was blocked by a bunch of spilled coffee that was never cleaned up while we were waiting.  The next morning we discovered there were no pots/pans to use.  When I went to ask the front desk they said "well some people steal them".  Finally after a long time someone came and gave us a small pot, we asked for the large pot, and were told they don't have any.  When we said we had stayed there before and we know they have them one miraculously turned up 15 minutes later.  A few days later our door lock stopped working and it took them nearly two hours to resolve.  As a comp our first manage gave our kids bags of junk food and water.  I returned them to another manager who finally did the right thing and comped us a night.  Unfortunately she also promised the property manager would call us to get our thoughts which never happened.

Well.kept, beautiful place, room was fantastic, pool is just for wading, game room with pool and air hockey, the breakfast was fantastic, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, 5 types of juices it was fantastic. This is a great place even if you don't need it for a residence inn just a hotel it is well worth it, I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are a little small. My only real complaint is the online listing says queen bed, but it is definitely not. More like a double.

The room was clean and sizable for my family of 4. There was a game room with air hockey and billiards, which was nice. Front desk was courteous and recommended a local restaurant. The Continental breakfast was a bit limited and the waffle maker didn't work. The grounds were kept clean. There is an on-site tennis and basketball court.
