This is a wonderful place to go if you want to get results and learn how to exercise efficiently and most important, with the right technique.  I have been working out with Simon for 4 years and I can say he taught me how to love exercise.  He always took a comprehensive approach to each visit, addressed diet and any injuries, and the customized workouts made each session fun.  I'm very greatful for his expertise and for all his work!

SRF has completely changed the way I think about working out. I have been working with Simon, the owner, for almost 4 months now. I no longer dread going to a personal training session like I used to at other gyms. Every workout is fun, I feel like I am cheating the system somehow. Each member cheers each other on, it is one big support team, whether you are doing the small group classes (usually between 3-6 people) or the semi private training sessions (never more than 3 people, and sometimes one on one depending on the schedule). Everything is custom tailored to my specific needs and goals. Simon encourages you to keep a food log and actually READS and COMMENTS on it to guide you! I constantly feel challenged and leave each workout feeling GREAT. Coming from someone who has tried literally every diet and workout plan out there, I feel like I have finally found the one that will help me actually achieve my goals, and keep coming back long after I get there. 4 months in and I am already seeing changes, not only in feeling and looking better, but being able to do more and more challenging workouts. Simon is my own personal cheerleader, taking the time to check in on me and text me to encourage me or help me stay on track when he knows I am in a tempting situation. He has provided me with so much support and information to help me reach my goals and he genuinely cares about each and every member. He cares about your health and your self esteem. It is a rare quality in a trainer, and I cherish it! If you are serious about your health and looking for personalized one on one attention, there is no gym I would recommend more. Stop wasting your time and come get some serious results!!! :)

Serious Results Fitness has helped me change my life style for the better! I now eat healthier, exercise on a routine basis and feel better in every regard. For the first time in my life I have and can see my muscles! :-) But I still have more work to do. Thanks to Simon and SRF!!!  :-)))))﻿

I've never been a "gym person" but was intrigued by the idea of personal training, so I gave SRF a try. I've been going for about 3 months and am absolutely thrilled with what I've gotten out of it. I feel like I get so much more out of an hour spent working out at SRF with a trainer than I would going to a gym by myself.
